Vaccination Status

Please note: South West TAFE will only collect, hold and disclose Vaccination Information as necessary to comply with its obligations under the Mandatory Vaccination Directions issued by the Chief Health Officer under the Public Health and Wellbeing Act. For any additional support or information, please contact studentinfo@swtafe.edu.au  The purpose of this information is purely for our verification only, as per the directions of the Victorian Chief Health Officer. The only people accessing this data, are directly related to your academic experience, and your information will not be shared with a third party, or will be de-identified. Please be aware that we required to check your vaccination status. 

If you are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have been refused entry to a venue for this reason, please be aware that these workers are doing their job and following the laws in place in Victoria to keep you and others safe.

*An excepted person is a person who has obtained certification from a medical practitioner that they are unable, due to a medical condition, to receive a dose, or a further dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

1. a COVID-19 digital certificate (available from your myGov account)  

2. your Immunisation History Statement (available from your myGov account) 

3. a letter from a medical practitioner confirming you are an excepted person
